Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Panning AI browser extension ("the Service") operated by Panning AI ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Panning AI is a browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to analyze product reviews on third-party e-commerce websites (such as Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com) and generate a summary of product pros, cons, and an overall score. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Affiliate Link and Monetization Model

Panning AI is a free-to-use service. To support the operational costs of the Service, including server and AI processing fees, we use the Amazon Associates program.

When you choose to initiate an analysis, you will be presented with a choice. The primary option, "Analyse & Support Panning AI," will open the product page in a new browser tab using our affiliate link. This action may place a cookie on your device managed by Amazon to track the referral. This process supports us financially at no additional cost to you and allows us to keep the Service free.

We also provide an alternative option to proceed with the analysis without opening an affiliate link. By choosing the primary option, you acknowledge and agree to this process.

3. Licence to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Panning AI extension for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Panning AI. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the extension.
  • To transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  • To create a competing product or service.
  • In any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The analysis and information provided by Panning AI are generated by an AI model and are for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions. Panning AI is not a party to any transaction you make with third-party retailers like Amazon.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Panning AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
